Hydraulics Training 2025: Expertise and Exchange in Budapest
Once again this year, the BIBUS HYDRAULIK training took place in Budapest – with a strong focus on expertise, networking, and future-oriented solutions in hydraulics and electrification.
From 17 to 20 March 2025, the training brought together around 40 participants from 17 different BIBUS companies – a significant step towards strengthening our expertise and promoting international exchange within the BIBUS Group.
The aim of the event was to unite product managers and technical sales representatives from across the BIBUS HYDRAULIK Group to deepen their know-how in the fields of mobile and industrial hydraulics as well as electrification.
The training focused on the following key areas:
- Expanding expertise
Internal knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrified drive solutions was significantly enhanced – enabling our teams to develop even more tailored and future-oriented solutions. - Strengthening networks
The international network within the BIBUS Group was further intensified. The exchange of ideas, challenges, and solutions was a central element of the event. - Sharing best practices
Through practical discussions and group work, valuable experiences and proven methods were shared – laying the foundation for even more effective collaboration. - Enhancing partnerships
Thanks to the active involvement of our long-standing partners, we not only expanded our technical knowledge but also further deepened our close cooperation.

We also thank our subsidiary BIBUS Kft. – Hungary for the excellent organization of both the event and the accompanying program – a successful combination of training, team building, and cultural exchange.
This training was an important contribution to strengthening collaboration, knowledge transfer, and professional development within our network.
It underlines not only our commitment to excellent hydraulic solutions, but also our focus on electrification – a key step towards the future.
