BIBUS HYDRAULIK Group expands presence with new partnership in Portugal

We are pleased to announce that the BIBUS Group has integrated a new subsidiary, Movicontrol S.A. in Lisbon, Portugal, into the BIBUS HYDRAULIK Group.

The agreement, which came into effect at the beginning of 2024, marks a significant milestone in our expansion and commitment to the Portuguese market.

Movicontrol S.A., an established company founded in 1987, is a market leader in the field of mobile and industrial hydraulics in Portugal. The acquisition of the shares of the Henseler family, owners of Movicontrol, underlines our ambition to support our customers as an important partner in the industry, regardless of their location.

The new subsidiary complements the activities of BIBUS Portugal Lda, which was founded in 2009, as well as those of the BIBUS HYDRAULIK Group in Western Europe. Through the cooperation with Movicontrol, we can offer our customers a wider range of state-of-the-art hydraulic products and services to best meet their requirements meet their requirements in the best possible way.

Under the management of Hans Josef Henseler and Paulo Domingues, Movicontrol will continue to serve the Portuguese market with an experienced team of 73 employees at five locations in Lisbon, Porto, Castro Verde, Albergaria-a-Velha and Pinhal Novo. This geographical presence enables us to ensure comprehensive coverage of the Portuguese market and to provide our and provide our customers with a first-class service.
