As a leading trade and service company for hydraulic system solutions, we have reinforced our position through a strategic acquisition as of March 1, 2022. Zanutto Hydraulik GmbH is now under new ownership and will be fully integrated into our company.
This expansion enhances our customer base and activities in our home market, Switzerland. The two businesses complement each other perfectly in terms of products and solutions. With the acquisition, we can further develop our expertise in the areas of truck and mobile hydraulics. Additionally, we take over collaborations with the manufacturing plants Padoan, OMFB, and Bezares.
Customers of Zanutto Hydraulik GmbH can now benefit from our complete range as a system solution provider. From engineering and design to consultation, sales, service, and maintenance, we cover the entire spectrum of industrial and mobile hydraulics.
