Maintenance of small hydraulic units
The CFP is a combi bypass filter unit that can be used not only during a malfunction or commissioning, but is intended in particular for the daily maintenance of small hydraulic units.
Thanks to its characteristics, the CFP fills a gap in the market: the first unit developed not only for filling but also for cleaning hydraulic systems. 
The compact size and low weight make it easy to transport the unit from machine to machine without the need for additional transport aids.

The CFP can be used in systems where other devices cannot be used: e.g. on machines with difficult access to the oil tank or when working at height.

The FA 003-2341 oil service unit can be used up to 5,000 mm²/s / 23,000 SUS. The device design allows the use of 15 to 5,000 mm²/s / 70 to 23,000 SUS. For example, gear oils can also be cleaned at low temperatures or filtered during filling.

Extended viscosity range
The FA1HV oil service unit is designed for operation in a wide viscosity range. This enables, for example, the filtration of transmission fluids and high-viscosity oils even at low temperatures.

Monitored filtration
The UMPCL2 045 device is equipped with the OPCom particle monitor, which continuously measures the cleanliness class of the fluid during the cleaning or filling process. The data stored in the internal memory can be transferred to a computer via the USB port in the control panel.

Optionally, the device can be equipped with a frequency converter and potentiometer for setting the flow rate in the range of 20 - 70 l/min / 5.3 -18.5 gpm. This additional function makes the UMPCL2 even more universal and extends its use to smaller and larger systems. The flow rate can be adjusted to the actual requirement depending on the tank size and / or the desired speed of filtration / oil transfer.
