The HydraForce product range includes a wide selection of screw-in and slip-in pressure control valves for demanding hydraulic applications.

The portfolio covers:
• Pressure relief valves
• Pressure reducing valves
• Thermal relief valves
• Sequence valves
• Logic valves

These are available in poppet or spool design, direct-acting or pilot-operated, and in certain versions also bidirectional.

Our range supports flow rates up to 200 l/min and operating pressures up to 420 bar, optimized for high-performance systems across extreme temperature conditions (–54 °C to +204 °C).

The valves are compatible with mineral-oil and synthetic-based hydraulic fluids with good lubricating properties.

Various sealing materials are available, including NBR, Viton (fluorocarbon), fluorocarbon elastomers, polyurethane, and urethane.

Standard cavity sizes include: 04 (7/16-20 UNF), 06 (9/16-18 UNF), 07 (5/8-18 UNF), 08 (3/4-16 UNF), 10 (7/8-14 UNF), 12 (1 1/16-12 UNF), 16 (1 5/8-12 UNF), 20 (1 5/8-12 UNF), 32 (2 1/2-12 UNF), and 42 (M42 x 2).
