In its international business activities, the BIBUS Group attaches great importance to compliance with international trade regulations and business restrictions (embargoes).
We undertake to carry out a thorough examination of the export classification of the goods to be exported, software, technology and technical data, the country of destination, the consignee and the end user as well as the intended destination before each export. Where necessary, we apply for export licences prior to export.
Export also includes intangible goods, including know-how on laptops or in verbal form when travelling abroad on business, in the home office abroad and for cross-border commuters. Such information is not made accessible to third parties (confidentiality, VPN access, encryption).
